This small and charming house was recently restored and equipped with all modern facilities, including hi-fi system, satellite TV and fax machine. On the ground floor is a kitchen/dining/sitting room with French windows opening to both the garden and the covered terrace, furnished for outdoor dining, that runs down one side of the house. To provide further accommodation an armchair in this room converts into a single sofa-bed, and there is a shower bathroom. On the first floor there is a double bedroom with air-conditioning and a single bedroom with extra bed, both with en-suite shower rooms.

OPINION

La Capinera is an ideal holiday base for a small family wanting peace and privacy. The large, level garden is fully fenced, making it very safe for children, there is a children’s play area and a large 12m x 6m swimming pool. It’s also well positioned, in a relatively undiscovered area near Tuscany’s highlight attractions.

ACCOMMODATION

One double bedroom, one single with extra bed, sofabed in living room. Maximum five guests.

Maid service included 2 hours a week

DISTANCES

Montopoli (food shops, bank, PO and restaurant) 5 mins drive, motorway exit 20 mins, Pisa (airport, tower)/Florence 30 mins.
