This property is located in a valley only two kilometres from the centre of Camaiore, a lovely small town close to the beaches of Versilia. The position is very quiet. The whole small valley belongs to the same owner, who has restored both La Damigella and Alisso, the other property on the estate, and as each property has their own large private gardens, total privacy is assured. Immaculately renovated throughout in 2001, the ochre tones of its faade have been brightened by traditional eggshell-blue shutters, and it has been furnished inside with all modern comforts blending seamlessly with its classically elegant period charm. Both the sitting and dining room open to the garden, and there’s a well-equipped Tuscan kitchen on the ground floor. Stairs lead up to the first floor, with one twin bedroom and one double bedroom both with en-suite shower rooms, and the mezzanine level, with a double en-suite bedroom. On the second floor is the master bedroom, en-suite and opening to a small, private terrace.

Outside, and a particular feature of this property, is the very well furnished area between the house and the pool, equipped with a built-in barbeque and ideal for al fresco dining. The pool itself, 12m x 6m, is surrounded by a sun terrace with views of the surrounding hills.
