Each of the eight rooms, seven doubles and one twin, set on two floors are classically proportioned and individually styled, each with their own particular colour and theme, and each with full en-suite facilities, stereo CD and telephone. There is a further Junior Suite in a separate one-storey cottage in the grounds. The original details have been incorporated into the design of the villa, with the original barrel-vaulted cantina now the setting for the elegant living area opening directly onto stunning rural views. Indoors, the property is air-conditioned throughout, while the beautifully-maintained gardens include level terraced lawns, many shady areas, a tennis court and 17m x 14.5m swimming pool set amongst olive trees. The villa is close to many spectacular hilltop villages such as Montepulciano, Montalcino, Pienza, and the cities of Siena and Florence.

OPINION

This villa is a marriage of traditional Tuscan style and contemporary design. With excellent facilities normally associated with hotels such as en-suite bathrooms, telephones and CD players in all bedrooms, Fontelunga will be a memorable holiday.

Seven double bedrooms, one twin bedroom and one double suite in cottage. Maximum 18 guests.

Maid service included four hours daily. Gardener and pool maintenance also included.
