This lovely stone-built farmhouse is located in a beautiful position, in the hills of Lucca near the village of Matraia. From the house there are breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside of olive groves and vineyards, as far as the town of Lucca in the distance. The ground floor contains the dining room, a large kitchen with fireplace, and a large and atmospheric sitting room built in the old cellars, cool in the summer and opening onto the terrace and garden. On the first floor there is a further sitting room, two double bedrooms, a twin bedroom, bathroom and shower room.

To the front of the house is a large terrace, ideal for eating outdoors in beautiful surroundings, an outdoor barbeque and an 12m x 6m swimming pool with diving board.

OPINION

Giannello is a very special property suitable for smaller groups. It has been tastefully restored in a pleasant rustic style, still maintaining the old beamed ceilings and antique terracotta floors in most of the rooms.

ACCOMMODATION

Two double bedrooms, one twin. Maximum six guests.

STAFF

Maid service is included seven hours per week.
