This rustic 18th century farmhouse has been completely restored. As you enter there is a dining area with large round table for 8 people. To the right is a spacious living room, opening up to a large kitchen, fully equipped with appliances, including dishwasher, tastefully concealed behind distressed woodwork, and furnished with a breakfast table and seating for six. French doors lead to the garden, with a further dining area outside and built-in barbeque. Upstairs is a master bedroom with king size bed, fireplace and bathroom with bathtub and shower. There are also two bedrooms with twin beds, which can be put together if required, and two bathrooms with showers. All three bedrooms open up to a common living room.

The property is fully air-conditioned, wired for satellite TV and with a laundry equipped with washing machine and dryer. Beyond the outdoor dining area is a large lawned garden and 14m x 7m swimming pool, with glorious views, surrounded by a sun terrace. .

OPINION

Arches and alcoves, exposed beams and colourwashed pastel walls combined with classically elegant antique furnishings make this one of our more charming properties.

ACCOMMODATION

One double bedroom, two twin/doubles. Maximum six guests.

STAFF

Maid service four hours a day.
