This typical stone-built farmhouse is situated only 500 metres away from the village of Montalcinello, at the heart of the golden triangle of Siena, San Gimignano and Florence. The house has been perfectly restored to a high standard, respecting the original structure and retaining period features but adding all modern conveniences. With glorious views over two valleys, each window hangs like a living picture of the lovely Tuscan landscape. From the entrance hall stairs lead down to a basement, now fitted with a living room and Jacuzzi, while the ground floor level contains a large sitting/dining room with fireplace, a Tuscan kitchen and a library. On the first floor there are two living rooms with fireplaces and three double and three single bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. Further accommodation is in the guest house, with its own living room and kitchen/dining room, one double and one twin bedroom, both en-suite with bath. Outside there is an 15m x 7m swimming pool which is situated in a panoramic position. The pool has two levels one being shallow which is ideal for children.

OPINION

The proximity of the village and the peaceful location make Casa Nuova an ideal base for a relaxing holiday, with all basic needs in walking distance.

ACCOMMODATION

Main House three double bedrooms, three twins. Maximum 12 guests. Guest House one double bedroom, one twin. Maximum four guests. Total 16 guests maximum.

STAFF

Maid service is included four hours a day, five days a week.

Montalcinello (shops/PO) 500 metres, Thermal town of Galleria ten mins drive, Siena 40 mins, Grosseto 80 mins, Florence 120 mins, Pisa (by motorway) 160 mins.
