Villa di Panzano is a 17th Century farmhouse on the cusp of the famed Conca D’Oro, the Valley of Gold, one of Chianti’s most famous wine regions. The village of Panzano is approximately five minutes walk away and is an ideal base from which to explore this famous region of Tuscany. The property consists of five separate and fully independent homes each offering immaculate accommodation. The interiors are decorated throughout in a rustic style with spacious rooms, high beamed ceilings with all thirteen bedrooms (all comparable in standard) featuring en-suite facilities. All the apartments have their own living rooms, dining rooms, satellite TV and new and well equipped kitchens. There is also a laundry room with two washing machines and driers. The gardens are very well mantained and include an irregular shaped swimming pool measuring approximately 15m x 8m with wonderful panoramic views of the surrounding countryside.

OPINION

This villa is ideal for a large group consisting of several families - it is divided into five apartments offering each family their own space and privacy whilst still being together.

ACCOMMODATION

La Loggia: two double bedrooms, two twins, eight guests. La Torre: two double bedrooms, maximum four guests. La Limonaia: one double bedroom, maximum two guests. La Vigna: Two double bedrooms and one double sofa bed, maximum four-six guests. La Colonna: three double bedrooms and one single bedroom, maximum seven guests. Maximum 28 guests in total.

STAFF

Maid service included twice a week.
