This magnificent property is located in a beautiful position close to the village of Casole d'Elsa. Decorated with exceptional taste and attention to detail, it has been completely restored in the last few years and has been equipped with all modern facilities including air-conditioning in three of the bedrooms. The furniture is an eclectic mix of many Mediterranean styles and this property is a 'must' for anyone who appreciates interior design. On the ground floor there is a huge sitting room with fireplace, opening to a terrace with herb garden, and a vaulted kitchen with dining area. The bedrooms are on the first floor, with two master bedrooms, both with en-suite bath and shower and one with fireplace and panoramic terrace, a twin bedroom suitable for children, and a bedroom with two sets of bunk beds, sharing a bathroom with Jacuzzi and separate shower.

There is also self-contained accommodation in the Pool House, with a large open-plan sitting/double bedroom, kitchen area and en-suite bathroom. Beyond a lovely terrace the garden is beautifully maintained and has a herb garden, as well as a fantastic infinity-edge swimming pool (14m x 7m), with an automatic cover for the safety of young children.

OPINION

This is, without doubt, one of the most beautiful properties available for rental in central Italy. With two master bedrooms in the main house, a further self-contained Pool House and plenty of bunk beds this is a natural choice for families, and to make it irresistible there’s an electric cover to make the pool childproof.

ACCOMMODATION

Three double bedrooms, twin bedroom (suitable for children), double bunk bedroom. Maximum 10 - 12 guests.

STAFF

Maid service is included eight hours a day, five days a week.

Casole d'Elsa (shop/PO) 5 mins drive, San Gimignano 25 mins, Siena 30 mins, Volterra 35 mins.
