On the first floor there are two double bedrooms with four-poster beds and en-suite bathrooms and two twin bedrooms with en-suite showers.

Outside there are covered terraces at the back and front of the house, reached from the sitting room, with the front terrace furnished for dining. There is also a spectacular 10m x 5m swimming pool.

OPINION

Situated on the same estate as La Capinera, this very special property could be ideally rented with La Capinera as the two properties are just next door to each other.

ACCOMMODATION

Two double bedrooms, two twins, one single bedroom. Maximum nine guests.

STAFF

Maid service included three hours a day, three days a week.

DISTANCES

Montopoli (food shops, bank, PO and restaurant) 5 mins drive, motorway exit 20 mins, Pisa (airport, tower)/Florence 30 mins.
