The house has two sections, one to the left and one to the right. On the ground floor each part has its own kitchen, dining room, living room with fireplace and satellite TV, service bathroom and laundry. On the first floor, the right-hand wing has a magnificent double bedroom with en-suite shower room, a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a study with TV and fireplace. The left-hand wing has a further study with TV and fireplace, a twin bedroom with en-suite shower and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The second floor is similarly divided, with the right-hand side offering a further double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and two twin bedrooms sharing a bathroom with shower. On the left, another two twin bedrooms share a bathroom. Bedrooms and living rooms have panoramic views of the beautiful rolling hills and Chianti vineyards, and the villa stands in well-tended grounds abounding in herbs, flowers and olive trees. Two gazebos at the back of the property are ideal for languid afternoons, and there is a 12m x 7m swimming pool, outside oven and barbeque.
OPINION
This charming stone building is fantastic for two families as each can self cater in their own domain whilst still enjoying the advantages of a private villa holiday.
ACCOMMODATION
Left wing: one double bedroom and three twins. Right wing:two double bedrooms three twins. Total Three double bedrooms, six twins. Maximum 18 guests in total.
STAFF
Maid service, four hours six times a week. Linen change once weekly. Local cook on request.
