This property is located in a panoramic position among olive groves in the hills between Lucca and the Versilian coast, and belongs to the owners of Damiano, one of our most popular houses. The two buildings have been transformed into high standard accommodations. Attention has been given to using only traditional materials, such as hand-made cotto floors and beamed ceilings. The house is equipped with all modern facilities and each bedroom has its own en-suite facilities. Entry is into a hall and a sitting room with fireplace, with French windows opening to a terrace and garden. There is a big kitchen/dining room that opens onto a further terrace with pergola, furnished for al fresco dining. On this level there is also a twin bedroom with en-suite shower, opening onto the garden. The master bedroom is on the first floor, with a further two double bedrooms and two twins. There is also a further sitting room on this level, opening to a terrace with pergola.

Outside there is a 12m x 6m swimming pool with glorious views. Overall, the property has been very nicely done, distinctively Tuscan but light, airy and effortlessly relaxed. .

OPINION

This very attractive property, converted from an olive mill and barn and connected by a huge entrance hall and terrace, is particularly suited to two families wanting to share yet have some independence from each other.
