Exquisitely restored farmhouse

This exceptionally large and spacious house was recently totally restored by its owners and has been furnished throughout to a very high standard. The large entrance hall gives access to a small sitting room with satellite TV and fireplace, a huge sitting room with fireplace, a dining room with fireplace, a laundry and a large well-equipped kitchen. All the bedrooms are set on the first floor, and finished to a high standard. There is a master bedroom and a double bedroom, each with en-suite bathroom with bath as well as shower. Three twin bedrooms of the same high quality and a further twin suitable for children share two bathrooms, one with shower and one with bath. The guest house has a sitting room with fireplace and open-plan kitchen, a twin bedroom and a shower bathroom on the ground floor, and a double bedroom, twin, bathroom and terrace above.

The house is surrounded by a fenced garden with a beautiful 14m x 7m swimming pool overlooking the valley, and a new full-size astro-turf tennis court.

OPINION

With its fenced garden, wonderful pool, astro-turf tennis court and rural views, this typical Tuscan farmhouse is superb for all ages to enjoy rural Italy at its best. Accommodation in the main house and adjacent guest house would be convenient for separate families to travel together or holidays that span the generations.

ACCOMMODATION

Main House two double bedrooms, three twins, child twin. Maximum 12 guests. Guest House one double, two twins, maximum four guests. Maximum 16 guest in total.

STAFF

Maid service included three hours a day, three days a week, plus eight hours one day per week. Total 17 hours.

DISTANCES

Montespertoli (shops/PO) 10 mins, Florence 35 mins, Siena 70 mins, Pisa (airport, tower) 80 mins.
