Part of one of Tuscany’s finest fortified rural hamlets set amongst vineyards and olive groves, this property has been recently restored with accommodation on several levels. On the ground floor both sitting and dining rooms have French windows opening onto the garden, with a kitchen at a slightly lower level opening onto a patio with dining furniture. On the first floor there is a twin en-suite bedroom opening to the garden, a double bedroom with a small double bed and a twin bedroom sharing a bathroom, while a final twin bedroom, with en-suite shower and interconnecting single room suitable for a child, is on the second floor. A 10m x 4m swimming pool is fenced for child safety and there is a tennis court within walking distance, available on request.

OPINION

With its fenced pool and flexible accommodation, this is a wonderful villa for families, while groups of friends might enjoy the produce of the surrounding farm and vineyards.

ACCOMMODATION

Three twin bedrooms, one double, one single. Maximum eight guests.

STAFF

Maid service included four hours a day, five days a week. Cooking courses on request.

Radda in Chianti (nearest village with Bank, PO and shops) 15 mins drive, Siena 40 mins, Florence 60 mins, Pisa (airport) 120 mins.
