Accommodation Comprises:
Ground Floor
Enter through a hall to a large, formal living room with
fireplace. There are two further living rooms containing fireplace
and a library area, and a traditional Tuscan kitchen. There is an
elegant, formal dining room seating up to 20 people and a
decorative room containing a dining table. In addition there is a
double bedroom with en-suite shower room and fireplace and a guest
bathroom.
First Floor
On this floor you find a king bedroom with en-suite bathroom with
tub, a queen bedroom (with WC and walk-in closet) and a
twin/double bedroom share a bathroom with tub.
Second Floor
The second floor boasts a queen bedroom with fireplace and
en-suite bathrowith tub, two twin bedrooms, shared bathroom with
tub and an informal sitting room with access to an external
covered loggia overlooking the garden.
On request, at an extra cost, it is possible to add another wing
of the villa with large sitting room, a king bedroom, with huge
en-suite bathroom. On the right you find some steps that lead up
to a living area and a child's twin bedroom with en-suite
bathroom, with tub and separate shower. Upstairs you find another
queen bedroom.
