Accommodation comprises
Ground Floor
Access through large arched windows into a nice sized dining room
with an open fireplace and dining table seating 6. To the right a
well equipped kitchen with central food preparing station The
kitchen opens onto a terrace overlooking the swimming pool where a
dining table under a large umbrella offers the perfect spot to
enjoy Tuscan meals.
This floor also features a sitting room with small fireplace TV,
video & DVD players and arched windows over viewing the valley
below. Guest bathroom and small laundry room.
First Floor
A staircase leads to the first floor where the ample master double
bedroom with four poster bed, en-suite bathroom with tub and
separate shower and small studio can be found. There are also two
twin bedrooms, sharing a shower room.

Grounds
Pretty terraced lawns surround the property. An easy stroll takes
to the other properties of the estate. The fenced, heated swimming
pool, surrounded by sun loungers and umbrellas, can be found on a
lower area, reached through a small stone staircase.
