Ground Floor
You enter the villa through an entrance hall with original travertine steps leading to the first floor.

The door on the left opens into a laundry room with washing machine, sink, ironing and cleaning equipment. The one on the right opens into a ground floor hallway to the spacious open-plan living area that is divided into three separate sections. A sitting area houses a stereo with CD player, fireplace and door to the garden. The reception area also includes traditional living room with library, a formal dining room that opens outside onto a huge covered loggia. This loggia is equipped with large table and benches. Back in the formal dining room, a second door opens into the kitchen, which also has a door opening out onto the loggia. The kitchen is extremely functional and fully equipped with huge electric oven, American fridge with icemaker and freezer, and dishwasher. A guest bathroom is also located on the ground floor.

The ground floor boasts Umbrian terracotta floors, vaulted ceilings with original brickwork, and walls tinted with warm pastel colours.

First Floor
The first floor is reached by travertine steps from the entrance hall. At the top of the steps, through a door you find the spacious living room with original fireplace, satellite TV with DVD and card table. To the right of the fireplace through a small archway there is a hall with doors to a double bedroom and to a bathroom with double washbasins and bathtub. To the left of the fireplace, a door opens into a family suite composed by a double bedroom, a spacious bathroom also with double washbasins, bathtub and shower stall. A twin bedded room is located off this room.
To the left of the living room is another hall with two doors: one to a single bedroom and the second to a shower room. The single room is not air-conditioned.

Dependence
The separate barn, fully air-conditioned, develops entirely on the ground floor. Private entrance is into the living/dining room with satellite TV and fully equipped kitchen with panoramic window facing the pool.
A door in the living room opens into the double bedroom (the bed can be transformed into twins on request). A door in the bedroom opens into the shower room. A second door in the bedroom opens outside. The floors are in terracotta, there are wood beams in the ceilings and the rooms are tinted in warm pastels.
