Access to the villa parking site through an iron electronic gate. On the left, you can see the impressive tower and the original castle walls. Going up a short staircase access a large terrace over viewing the well manicured Italian garden with a shaded living area and, through French doors, enter into the formal living room with comfortable sofas and impressive antique stone fireplace with a fresco displaying the family tree. From the living room access the billiard room with ornamental wooden panel ceiling and access to a small studio with fax machine. Back into the billiard room, access the formal dining room with splendid wall wooden panel, antique fireplace and oval table seating 12. Enter a beautiful loggia with various tables for "al fresco" dining. The ground floor also features a comfortable family room with satellite TV, DVD and VCR player and a pleasant kitchen with breakfast table and pantry. Guest bathroom.

First Floor
Accessed through a stone staircase, the first floor features a large double room with dressing room and ample en suite bathroom, another double with en suite bathroom with shower and separate dressing and an additional large double bedroom with ample en suite bathroom and separate dressing
Through 4 steps access into another wing of the castle that can be closed in case of reduced occupancy. There are two bathrooms, one with shower and the second with tub and shower.There are also a twin and a double bedroom. On the same floor there is the separate staff quarter with laundry facilities (not for guests use).
