Villa - Ground Floor
Enter into a tastefully decorated living room with stone fireplace. To the right access into a bright country style dining room and open plan professional kitchen. Panoramic glass doors lead to the outside covered patio with dining and living areas. Back in the living room there is access to two ample double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with tub and shower attachment and both air-conditioning. An ethnic decorated TV room with flat screen TV completes this floor.

Villa- First Floor
A stairway leads up to the first floor where there are four additional bedrooms, two twin bedrooms and two double bedrooms. All bathrooms are en-suite, three having a shower and one having a tub with shower attachment. One double and one twin are interconnecting and have air- conditioning.

The Cottage - Ground Floor
Entrance is into a spacious hall way. To the left, a flight of 6 steps leads into a comfortable living room with fireplace. Straight on from the hallway is a fully equipped kitchen with dining table for 6, from here doors lead to the garden and swimming-pool area. This floor also features a guest bathroom.

Cottage - First Floor
An internal stairway leads to the upper floor where there are two bedrooms, a twin and a double both with their en-suite shower rooms and air-conditioning. The twin has access to an external staircase.

Orangerie
From a small loggia with a large relaxing chair, access into a nice and bright double bedroom with air conditioning and en-suite shower room. A small fridge and a kettle complete this bedroom
