Enter into a furnished hall with stairs leading to the lower ground floor and the first floor. On this level there is a large living room with fireplace and TV area, a wine tasting lounge which opens into the garden, a dining room and a well equipped American kitchen with fireplace. All rooms open onto the garden with a covered loggia to dine outside, and numerous outdoor sitting areas. There is a guest bathroom and a wardrobe.

First Floor
On this level there is a small living area to relax reading a book from the stocked library, a master bedroom with en suite bathroom with tub and shower, and two twin/double bedrooms both with en suite bathroom.

Lower Ground Floor
On this level there is a twin/double bedroom with en suite bathroom that can be accessed from inside the villa or from outside; interconnecting with this room there is another twin/double bedroom with en suite bathroom that can also be entered from the garden.
