Ground Floor
From the iron entrance gate, there are two accesses to the villa: one into the formal living room accessible through few steps of a stone staircase and the other into a games room without steps therefore accessible for people with low mobility.

From this room an elevator stops at each floor. This secondary entrance takes into a large room equipped with table tennis and is completed by a fully equipped laundry room. From here a stone staircase leads into a small hall with three doors, one into the living area, the second into a family room/studio and the third one into the kitchen. The living room is a formal yet welcoming room with frescoed ceiling and a French door to the Italian garden. From the living room a double door takes into the dining room with antique table seating up to 12 guests and frescoed ceiling. The studio is a large, airy room with a comfortable sofa in warm red, plasma screen TV equipped with satellite and DVD and a lap-top for clients use. The kitchen is a pleasant room which combines antique features, such as large fireplace and original washbasin in Matraia stone with all modern facilities  (American fridge with ice maker, freezer, 2 dishwashers,
microwave, etc.) From the kitchen a door takes into a small corridor with another exit to the garden, a guest bathroom and a pantry.

First Floor
Two ramps of the staircase take to the first floor featuring three bedrooms. The first on the left is the large master bedroom with beautiful canopy bed and frescoed ceiling. It features a grand en-suite bathroom with two washbasins, a free- standing large tub and separate shower. The second bedroom is a good sized double (the elevator on this floor stops directly in this bedroom). The en-suite shower room features double washbasins and large double-headed shower. The first floor is completed by a twin bedroom with a dressing room and an en-suite shower room with Jacuzzi shower.

Second Floor
Two ramps of stairs take you to the second floor, "mansarda". All bedrooms on this floor have a gambrel roof. On the left there is a double bedroom with en-suite shower room. On the right there is a twin and in front of staircase, a small corridor with a door to the elevator and bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and shower attachment. Another double bedroom can be found on this floor, with an en-suite shower room.
