On this level there is a wide living area to relax reading a book or watching TV, a twin/double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with tub, a twin bedroom and another twin/double bedroom. These two bedrooms share the same shower room.

It is a tranquil sanctuary from the bustling city life of nearby Florence, which you can see from the villa’s garden off in the distance, and even the smaller towns of San Polo and Impruneta.

The villa has recently been refurbished with airy, light, and comfortable interiors. The large kitchen offers an ideal place to learn traditional Tuscan cuisine by a professional Italian chef.

A large Tuscan garden surrounds the house containing lavender, daisies and rosemary with numerous locations to relax, have evening drinks, or just a quiet read.  The outside loggia makes for unforgettable al fresco dining.
