Bella Vista is located just outside the village of Positano, surrounded by lush gardens rich with tropical plants and flowers. Entrance to the property is via a path and steps leading down from the coastal road. Inside the villa, every detail, from the windows, the layout of the rooms and the placing of the furniture is used to take full advantage of the atmosphere and views of the Amalfi coast. The entrance gives onto a living room and dining room furnished with antiques and beautiful paintings. There is also a large and well equipped kitchen. On this level there is also a single bedroom and bathroom. On the upper level there are two double bedrooms, both with queen-size beds, and two bathrooms, one with bath and the other with shower.The living room and dining rooms give onto a covered, shaded outdoor eating area and the flagstones of a sun terrace, surrounding the 11m x 5m swimming pool, furnished with sunloungers and sun umbrellas and sheltered by a wall of plants.
An annexe next to the terrace contains twin/double bedroom and a further bathroom with bath. From here steps lead down to a public beach.
OPINION
One of the few houses in Positano with a swimming pool. However, the many steps leading down to the sea make it not suitable for young children.
ACCOMMODATION
Two double bedrooms, one twin/double, one single. Maximum seven guests.
STAFF
Maid service and included, each six hours a day, six days a week. Cook available during the day and on request in the evenings.
DISTANCES
Positano 15 mins walk, 1 mins drive. Capri 20 mins by boat, Naples airport 120 mins, Sorrento 25 mins.
