Accommodation comprises:
Ground Floor
Enter from the garden into a hallway with double staircase leading
to the first floor and doors leading to the kitchen and to several
bedrooms. There is a fully equipped kitchen with internal
staircase leading to the dining room on the first floor, a laundry
room, a guest bathroom, a TV room with Flat screen, sofas and
French doors opening into the garden, and a separate area with
Jacuzzi tub and bathroom.On the other side of the villa there are
three twin bedrooms, two with en-suite bathroom with shower, and
the other with en-suite bathroom with tub. There are also two
double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, one with shower and the
other with tub and shower attachment. All of the bedrooms have
wooden floors, precious fabrics on the walls and walk in closet.
On this level there is also a small twin bedroom suitable for a
nanny and a separate bathroom with tub.
First Floor
On this floor there is a living room with marble floors and French
doors opening into a large terrace overlooking the lake. On one
side of the living room there is a TV room with Flat screen, DVD
player and fireplace, and on the opposite side there is a dining
room with access to the terrace.
Annexe
In a separate area of the garden, close to the lake, there is a
small annexe on two levels; on the first floor, with entrance from
the garden, there is a double bedroom with terrace overlooking the
lake; the room is interconnecting with a twin bedroom with
fireplace located on the ground floor, opening into the garden. On
the same floor there is also a bathroom with shower shared with
the bedroom on the first floor.
Grounds
The well manicured gardens of Villa Palladio offer pleasant
surroundings and al fresco dining on the terrace overlooking the
lake. The private pebbled beach offers cool relief from the long
summer days.
