This beautiful Mediterranean-style villa sits in an outstanding position, high on the rocky coast of Northern Sardinia. It is a quiet and tranquil location, yet just two kilometres from Santa Teresa di Gallura with its yacht harbour. The villa is very well furnished and equipped with all modern comforts. On the ground-floor level the main entrance gives onto a sitting room with fireplace and a well-equipped kitchen, both opening onto a lovely covered veranda to the front of the house, with a furnished outdoor dining area. Stairs lead up to the first floor, where there is a master bedroom with independent access via stairs to the garden, a twin bedroom and a small twin suitable for children, a bathroom and a shower room. The lower ground floor is set up as a self-contained apartment, with a sitting room with kitchen corner and fireplace, opening onto a covered terrace, double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and access to the garden, and a further double bedroom and bathroom. There is also a 9m x 4m swimming pool framing the beautiful seaviews.

OPINION

This villa, with several entrances and fully self-contained accommodation on three levels, is designed specifically to allow two families to share a holiday but with a degree of independence. Bear in mind, however, that the ground floor rooms are not of the same standard as the main house.It’s in an unspoiled region, very quiet, and a great base for exploring the coast.
