This beautiful Mediterranean villa is located in Porto Rotondo in northern Sardinia, with magnificent views of the village and the sea and the harbour and Porto Rotondo Marina Yacht Club just 500 metres away. The large open-plan living/dining area with satellite TV/VCR is simply, but tastefully decorated with light coloured classic furnishings and terracotta tiles throughout and is open through an arch to a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and breakfast table, as well as to a large terrace with outdoor sitting/dining area overlooking the pool and sea. A small laundry and three of the bedrooms are on this level: two doubles, one with en-suite shower and the other with bath, and a twin with en-suite shower. The final bedroom, with double bed and an en-suite shower room, is set on a lower level, accessed externally. The house and terrace overlook the 12m x 18m swimming pool with hydro-massage, its infinity-edge dropping away into the glorious view of the harbour and sea. There is also an outdoor kitchen area with barbeque and brick oven, set amongst the well-maintained landscaped gardens that slope gently away from the swimming pool. There is parking for three cars on the property.

OPINION

This villa is surrounded by 7.5 acres of landscaped gardens and has wonderful seaviews. With the beach, sailing, shops and restaurants within easy walking distance, Villa Noemi would be a wonderful holiday location.
