An impressive home, Villa Smeralda is stylishly decorated with light coloured, modern furnishings and terracotta tiles throughout, within easy reach of the famous Costa Smeralda and walking distance of the harbour at Porto Rotondo. Entrance is to a well-equipped kitchen that leads to an open-plan living/dining area, with satellite TV and air-conditioning, opening onto a large terrace furnished for outdoor dining. On this level there is also a double bedroom with air-conditioning, a Jacuzzi and en-suite shower room with steam bath. Most of the accommodation is on a lower level, with one twin and three double bedrooms, all en-suite, one of which has a small twin room attached, ideal for younger children. The well-manicured gardens slope gently towards the 12m x 6m swimming pool with hydro-jet and underwater sound system, and a summer kitchen area with barbeque and granite furnishings. From here there is a small gate that leads to the "Club Marina", where there is a salt-water pool with lifeguard (June - September) and a small sandy beach.

OPINION

With access to the private beach and facilities of ‘Club Marina’ 150 metres through the gardens and its own private pool with underwater sound system, this villa is a wonderful place for a family holiday. Club restrictions mean that only eight guests of the villa are allowed membership.

ACCOMMODATION

Four double bedrooms, two twins. Maximum 10/12 guests.

STAFF

Maid service included six hours per day, six days a week. Cook on request, additional charge. Gardener who maintains the swimming pool.

Beach, sailing 10 mins walk, shops, restaurants, 2 mins drive, Cala di Volpe, Porto Cervo 20 mins, Olbia (airport) 15 mins.
