Built in the site of the ancient Roman quarry that supplied the stone for Porto Rotondo, the monumental granite of La Cava del Tom – Tom’s Quarry – shines against the clear blue waters characteristic of this area. There is a large well equipped kitchen with two ovens and two fridges with air-conditioning and a table seating eight. At the heart of the villa is a bright living room with huge glass windows either side allowing guests to take advantage of seaviews, furnished with large sofas, hi-fi, TV, VCR, fax and Internet connection. From here sliding doors open to an outdoor dining terrace which also enjoys the wonderful views. The four bedrooms are divided into two distinct sleeping areas, all with air-conditioning and heating. Two are doubles, with TV, fridge, en-suite bathrooms and private access to the sea-facing terrace, and the third is a twin with access to the terrace with an adjacent shower room. The fourth bedroom is a small single bedroom, with an en-suite shower. In a separate annex, nestling amongst the rocks of La Cava del Tom, is a perfect romantic self-contained hideaway with double bedroom, kitchenette, fridge, TV and bathroom. Outside, there are two outdoor dining areas with two barbeque's and two swimming pools, one being a large, 12.5m x 6.7m kidney shaped pool whilst the other is smaller and would be suited for older children.
