Set in an acre of gardens, this contemporary property is set on a stylish stretch of coast. The main entrance leads into the dining room while to the left a living room gives on to the garden and the pool. There is a large, fully equipped modern kitchen behind which there is a small single bedroom with bathroom, originally built for the maid and still ideal for a nanny or teenager. On the right of the dining room doorways lead to a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and a second twin bedroom with a separate bathroom with tub. There is also a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. An elegantly rounded stairway leads up to the first floor. There is a double bedroom with access to the terrace, a bathroom with tub, and a study with fireplace and large windows overlooking the sea. A glass door gives access to the terrace with steps down to the circular 6m swimming-pool area. The property is available year-round.
