Brusceto is a restored 17th century farmhouse, fully converted in 2002 and set in its own private grounds. The property offers flexible entertaining space comprising a main house, with five ensuite bedrooms and an annex with two guest suites. The many facilities include a well equipped kitchen, laundry room with washing machine and dryer, study with fireplace, TV, multi-regional DVD player and stereo sound system. There is also a TV room with plasma TV, satellite video and multi-regional DVD player. An elegant drawing room and dining room features French period fireplaces and a spacious summer room has French windows giving direct access to the outside. The immaculate gardens include a heated outdoor 14 metre infinity pool with pool house with shower/WC changing facilities. Included in the weekly rate is unlimited use of high speed wireless internet in the house and grounds and a welcome meal on arrival. Guests also have access to all the services and facilities of the Castello di Reschio estate.
OPINION
Meticulously restored and finished throughout with state of the art bathrooms and kitchen, Brusceto is a particularly light and airy property with the added charm of a large courtyard and outdoor dining area. Absolutely superb.

Main house - Four double bedrooms and one twin bedroom. Annex - two double bedrooms. Maximum ten to fourteen guests.
STAFF
Estate manager, maid service four hours a day six days a week (except Sundays), personal laundry and a daytime Concierge Service. Cook and full concierge upgrade also available.
DISTANCES
Castello di Reschio is centrally placed to enjoy the highlights of Umbria and Tuscany and is only 20 minutes from Cortona or half an hour from the galleries, churches, opera, film and jazz festivals or theatres in Umbria's capital city, Perugia. Florence and Rome are within two hours drive, and Siena, Arrezo, Assisi, Todi and Orvieto are all closeby.
