Noci is the latest house to be restored on the Castello di Reschio estate and has been finished to the highest international standard with a level of understated luxury to satisfy the most demanding appetite. Six guests are offered all modern facilities in two buildings constructed of old stone. The main house includes the fully equipped kitchen, an open plan spacious dining/living area with vaulted ceiling and a beautifully decorated drawing room with fireplace and B&O sound system. There is also a study with B&O satellite TV, DVD and stereo system and a guest WC. The master bedroom with ensuite bathroom has its own private loggia and direct access to the gardens via an outside staircase. A spacious second bedroom is on the first floor and has an ensuite bathroom. The separate and private guest suite has its own kitchenette and living room on the ground floor and a large bedroom on the first floor with ensuite bathroom. Fully equipped laundry room with washer/dryer/ironing machine.
The gardens include a 16 x 4 metre double overflow pool with stunning views towards the Castle. Included in the weekly rate is unlimited use of high speed wireless internet in the house and grounds and a welcome meal on arrival. Guests also have access to all the services and facilities of the Castello di Reschio Estate.

ACCOMMODATION

STAFF
Estate manager, maid service three hours a day six days a week (except Sundays), personal laundry and a daytime Concierge Service. Cook and full concierge upgrade also available.
DISTANCES
Castello di Reschio is centrally placed to enjoy the highlights of Umbria and Tuscany and is only 20 minutes from Cortona or half an hour from the galleries, churches, opera, film and jazz festivals or theatres in Umbria's capital city, Perugia. Florence and Rome are within two hours drive, and Siena, Arrezo, Assisi, Todi and Orvieto are all closeby.
