Formal gardens and pool Fabulous outdoor dining Covered and open terraces This charmingly restored farmhouse has recently undergone extensive renovation and refurbishment, adding heating and satellite TV to charming interiors, with the Umbrian light flooding through arches and French windows. A stairway to the left ascends to a single bedroom with small, en-suite bathroom. Further on there is a very spacious dining area and large, well-equipped kitchen. This again has French windows on to the terrace that overlooks the garden and the pool. On the first floor, at the top of the main stairs there is a second lobby with a smaller dining table set for four. To the left, there is a large living room with fireplace, and a small external terrace before a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. From the lobby a corridor leads to a single bedroom with en-suite shower, and a further double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. For a degree of privacy, an Annex consists of a small living room with kitchenette and a double bedroom with en-suite shower.

OPINION

Terraced gardens, a glittering pool and glorious terraces make this perfect for a groups of friends, with very spacious living areas for its number of bedrooms.
