Designed by a renowned Portuguese architect, Fernando Neto,
this property has direct access from its garden to the beautiful golden sand
beach of Maria Luisa, between Faro and Albufeira. Stretching the length of the
house on both levels are large sliding doors and a covered terrace area, looking
down to garden, the 13.3m x 5m outdoor swimming pool and the sea. There is a
path to the beach at the end of the garden that is shared with neighbouring
villas. The entrance hall leads into a spacious living/dining room with open
fireplace, a fully-equipped kitchen/breakfast room and the master bedroom, with
separate sitting room and en-suite Jacuzzi bathroom, all with panoramic sea
views. Marble stairs lead down to a lower level, with a heated indoor pool,
laundry, two double and two twin bedrooms, most of which open onto the terrace
and all en-suite. There’s a separate kitchenette in this level, as well as a
living room with billiard table. All bedrooms having air-conditioning.
OPINION
This beautifully designed house offers superbly elegant and refined accommodation. However, guests with small children should be aware that there are some unprotected drops.
ACCOMMODATION
Three double bedrooms, two twins. Maximum ten guests.
STAFF
Resident English / Portuguese speaking caretakers, maid service included 2 hours a day 6 days a week. Cook for occasional meal and extra maid service on request at an extra cost.
DISTANCES
Faro (airport) 30 mins drive, Vilamoura (marina, restaurants and golf courses) 20 mins, Quinta da Lago (more golf courses) 30 mins.
