In the foothills above Estepona, La Colina is a beautiful two-storey villa in a quiet, rural setting, with a picturesque courtyard, terrace and swimming pool and wonderful views of the coast and sea.
The main house accommodation is on two levels, with rustic antique furnishings and terracotta tiled floors. Entry is into a large open-plan sitting room, with fireplace, satellite (UK) TV, VCR, CD, a dining area, well-equipped kitchen and study, all opening out onto an extensive covered terrace, furnished for outside dining. The bedrooms are on a lower level, reached by a spiral staircase, with a master en-suite bedroom and a further double and twin, both sharing a bathroom, and all opening onto a terrace. There is also a separate self-contained apartment, with one double bedroom, sitting room with sofa bed (satellite TV/VCR) kitchenette and bathroom, suitable for teenagers/nannies by separate arrangement. The villa is close to Estepona, with its narrow alleys and lively market, and Marbella and Puerto Banus are within an easy drive. All rentals at La Colina include eight rounds of golf at El Paraiso Golf Course.


OPINION
This beautiful villa is ideal for families, with its elevated position, views and pool, close to the many attractions of this fashionable coast.


ACCOMMODATION
Three double bedrooms, one twin. maximum eight guests.


STAFF
Maid service included three hours a day, three days a week. Cook service on request. The owners of the property live within the grounds in a separate cottage.

Nearest sandy beaches/water sports 5 mins drive, Estepona (restaurants, bars, shops, market) 5 mins, El Paraiso (golf) 20 mins, Malaga, Gibraltar (airports) 60 mins.
