KITCHEN with terracotta floors, fully-equipped and with separate laundry area

DINING AREA with seating for up to 10 guests

LOUNGE AREA with fireplace (wood provided in winter), large sofa seating and Wi-Fi internet access.

First Floor

BEDROOM 1 with 1 double bed (2m00 - Super King) - alternatively can be made up as 2 single beds - with terracotta tiled floor, chestnut-beamed ceilings and en suite bathroom with bath and separate 'rain' shower

BEDROOM 2 with 1 double bed (1m40 - Standard) with en suite bathroom with bath with shower attachment. This bathroom can also be accessed independently from the landing.

First Floor cont.

BEDROOM 3 with 1 single bed (0m90 - Single) suitable for children under the age of 16.

BEDROOM 4 with 2 single beds (2 x 0m95) -with en suite bathroom with bath, separate rain shower.

NB: this room has low head room at one end. (Can be made up as a triple bedroom with the addition)

BEDROOM 5 with 1 double bed (2m00 - Super King) with en suite bathroom with bath, separate rain shower.

A luxurious whitewashed cortijo with wonderful views of the Grazalema National Park and five-minute drive from the charming Andalucian town of Ronda.

Set in seven acres of private gardens filled with fruit and olive trees, Villa Sancha faces west in a rural Andalucian valley with wonderful views of rolling fields with the Grazalema National Park as a backdrop. The house is a lovely whitewashed cortijo, recently modernised but maintaining its original character. It has a shady colonade on one side and a private courtyard with fountains on the other. There is a particularly attractive pool setting - a haven within its own walled garden, including shower and changing area, dining, bar and kitchen facilities.
