Set on a wide bluff overlooking one of the most breathtaking bays in Ibiza, this beautiful villa, with two separate guest houses, is set in landscaped grounds with lakes, waterfalls and hundreds of palm trees and tropical plants.
The main house is set on the very edge of the cliff, dramatically overlooking a large, infinity-edge swimming pool and the sea beyond. The ground floor contains a living room, dining room, kitchen, the TV room, a double bedroom with separate bathroom and the library, with high-speed internet access. This room can be converted to a further double en-suite bedroom if required. A lower level contains a gym, fully-equipped with the latest fitness equipment, while the master bedroom (en-suite) and a twin are set on the first floor. All rooms have stunning views. 

Further accommodation is in La Buena Vista, also with a cliff-top setting, and La Casita, nestling in the tropical gardens. Both have two double en-suite bedrooms, fully equipped kitchens and stylish living areas.
The grounds include a lap pool, a synthetic grass tennis court and a huge trampoline.

OPINION
This fabulous estate, set in lush tropical gardens, is ideal for groups of families travelling together, with self-contained cottages allowing privacy and excellent sporting facilities.

ACCOMMODATION
Main House two double double bedrooms, one twin. Buena Vista two double bedrooms. Casita two double bedrooms (one with French bed). Maximum 14 guests.

STAFF
Full time caretaker. Maid service included 38 hours per week.
