This outstanding villa is situated in a peaceful hilltop
position, in the Santa Eulalia region in the north-east of the island. The house
is surrounded by a well maintained garden with large areas of lawn bordered by
shrubs, palm trees and cypresses. At the centre of the garden there is a
free-form swimming pool (70 square metres in size), with a bar and seats under a
Balinese gazebo, an outdoor Jacuzzi, a covered barbeque area and a pool house
with sauna.
The open-plan living room has a sunken built-in seating area, fireplace and satellite TV/VCR, and dining area. The kitchen is well-equipped, and gives onto covered terraces, mostly with beamed ceilings, and a patio with pond and fountain. There is also a double bedroom on this floor, while the air-conditioned master bedroom, with sitting and study areas and a private terrace, is on the first floor. Separate en-suite double bedrooms are set in two Garden Suites, one air-conditioned, while a Guest House offers a twin bedroom and sitting room with satellite TV. For larger parties the pool house can accommodate two more guests.
OPINION
This gloriously elegant villa, with its strong far-eastern influence, is perfect for groups of friends travelling together, with refined comforts set amongst rich fabrics, dark woods, exquisite rugs and ethnic sculptures.
ACCOMMODATION
Five double bedrooms and one twin/double bedroom. Maximum 12 guests.
STAFF
Full time Filipino couple, who live in separate accommodation within the grounds, and look after the cleaning, laundry service, maintenance, and serve breakfast six days a week. Food shopping and extra cooking can be done on request, at extra charge.

Santa Eulalia 10 mins drive, San Lorenzo and San Carlos villages 5 mins, Ibiza town 20 mins.
