Surrounded by a well maintained garden with large areas of lawn, Can Ioana is an idyllic villa in a wonderful location. Rooms are beautifully furnished, with a living room with built-in fireplace with satellite TV and CD , a dining room and well-equipped kitchen. The ground floor rooms at the front of the house open, via large glass doors, to a spacious terrace with a free-form 12m x 5m swimming pool and an attractive summer kitchen with barbeque and covered dining area. There is also a small pool house with sauna. There are two double bedrooms on the ground floor, and two more on the first floor, all with en-suite shower rooms and air-conditioned, and on this level you’ll also find a sports room (also air-conditioned) with gym equipment and a pull out sofa.

OPINION
Set in an idyllic position on a peaceful hilltop in the south-west of the island, with magnificent views over the countryside and sea but close to both the beach and Ibiza town.

ACCOMMODATION
Four double bedrooms. Maximum nine guests.

STAFF
Maid service included twice a week four hours a day.

Cala Jondal nearest beach 3 mins drive, Ibiza town 10 mins drive, Ibiza Airport 7 mins drive.
