The rooms are decorated and furnished throughout mainly in white, giving a feeling of space and light as well as a brisk, contemporary atmosphere. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, open-plan to the sitting room with dining area. Facilities include a ceiling fan, satellite TV and fireplace, and large French windows that open out onto the pool terrace, with a covered, furnished dining area, a 10m x 5m swimming pool and large sun terrace with sunloungers. Two double bedrooms, one with en-suite shower room, are on the ground floor, with two further twin bedrooms, sharing a shower, above.

OPINION
A simple, modern villa with a good location being a mere five minute drive from Santa Eulalia with its many shops, restaurants and beach. Good value for money.

ACCOMMODATION
Two double bedrooms, two twins. Maximum eight guests.

STAFF
Maid service included once a week. Extra hours on request.

DISTANCES
Roca Llisa (golf) 2 minutes drive, Santa Eulalia town (shops, restaurants, beaches) 5 mins, Jesus 5 mins, Ibiza 10 mins, airport 20 mins.
