This large, typical Majorcan stone house is situated in the
Vall de'n March valley, one of the most exclusive areas of Pollensa, surrounded
by its own private farmland against the stunning backdrop of the Sierra
Tramontana, reached by lovely, well maintained pathways.
The spacious and tastefully renovated interiors have terracotta floor tiles, wood beamed ceilings and country style furnishings. Entry is into a very spacious open-plan living room and dining room, including satellite TV and billiards table. The fully-equipped kitchen has a breakfast table but also opens to a covered terrace, furnished for outdoor dining and with a built-in barbeque. Four steps lead up from the ground-floor level to two mid-level suites, one with double bed and an extra single bed, en-suite shower room and doors to the terrace, and the other with a double bed and en-suite shower. On the first floor there is a further landing with seating area and sitting room with open fireplace, terrace and a double en-suite bedroom with an extra single bed, twin en-suite, a double and a children’s bunk room.
The terrace overlooks a 12m x 5m swimming pool, with fountain feature and a shallow area, and the gardens include a lawned area, sand pit and tennis court.
OPINION
This comfortable family home is ideal for families, set in the countryside but near to some fine sandy beaches, with its well-planned facilities for children and traditional comforts for grown-ups.

Four double bedrooms, one twin, one bunk room. Maximum ten guests.
STAFF
Maid service included six times a week. The maid will also cook evening meals on request at additional cost.

Pollensa town, supermarket 10 mins drive, beach 20 mins, airport 60 mins.
