Originally a farmhouse, this property is a traditional
U-shaped design with most of the rooms opening onto covered terraces, the
central lawn and the swimming pool area. The interior is comfortably furnished
and spacious, with lots of light, all bedrooms are air-conditioned and the
property is fully centrally heated. The ground floor contains a dining/sitting
room with fireplace and large sliding glass doors leading to the terrace and
garden, a well-equipped kitchen giving onto a breakfast terrace and a laundry
room with washing machine and dryer. From the courtyard there is access to a
twin bedroom, a double bedroom and a bunk bedroom, all with showers en-suite.
The master bedroom with fireplace, dressing area and bathroom, is set in the
tower, with a twin bedroom, also with dressing room and bathroom, in the tower
above it. A self-contained annex offers a double bedroom, sitting room with
sofa-bed, kitchenette and shower room.
The grounds contain a playground, lawn areas, and tennis court, with rackets for hire. The swimming pool is fully fenced for safety, can be heated at extra charge, and has a pool slide, rounded steps and a shallow area. Adjacent to the swimming pool is a summer kitchen and barbeque area, while the grounds stretch out to include orchards and pine forest.
Its location is deep in the countryside with stunning mountains all around but less than two kilometres from Pollensa’s beaches.
OPINION
This villa is perfect for families, with many facilities for children and thoughtful safety features such as decorative iron gates separating the pool area. Not luxurious but immaculately kept.

Three double bedrooms, one twin, one bunk room. Maximum ten guests.

Maid service included three times a week.
