In a secluded position and surrounded by ten acres of
grounds, La Serrania has breathtaking views over the Val de San Magill and the
distant mountains. Very spacious and light, it has been designed to make the
most of its bright and sunny position with modern and minimalist interiors. All
the bedrooms have ceiling fans, marble en-suite bathrooms and doors to terraces
and most can be set up as twin or double as required. There is an open-plan
dining room and split-level sitting room with central fireplace and glass doors
to the garden. The kitchen, fitted with the latest appliances, is very spacious
with a central breakfast table, and doors to the terrace and dining
room.
Stairs lead up to the first floor landing with a 'winter' terrace, and four bedrooms. Four more bedrooms are accessed separately from the garden. There is central heating throughout, generator produced electricity, own water supply and solar panels for water heating. Outdoors there are terraces for dining and for relaxing, a rockery garden and path to the 14m x 5.5m swimming pool, sun terrace and garden.
OPINION
This is a particularly tranquil and beautiful villa, modern and minimalist. Perfect for a group of friends as all the bedrooms are equal and have en-suite bathrooms.
ACCOMMODATION
Main house two double bedrooms, two twin doubles. Garden access to four twin/double bedrooms. Maximum 16 guests.
STAFF
Maid service included six mornings a week. She will also do some food shopping and cooking on request (charged extra).
DISTANCES
Pollensa (shops, restaurants) 12 mins drive, beach 15 mins, golf 10 mins, Palma (airport) 60 mins.
