Constructed as a family home and designed for both winter
and summer use, Casa Serena has magnificent views and sensational sunsets. Rooms
are exceptionally spacious, light and airy.The entrance hall and sitting room
are decorated for entertaining, with trompe l’oeil painted pillars and a large
log fire for the winter months. Also on this level is the dining room and master
bedroom with a truly amazing bathroom of pale blue Colombian marble. Also a
separate panelled study with telephone and fax. The kitchen is superb, with all
appliances. Beyond the sitting room and dining room is the upper outdoor terrace
which can seat up to 22 people for dining. A curved wooden staircase leads to
the lower hall where there is a sitting room/television room, two double
bedrooms (on of which is a twin/double) with en-suite bathrooms and also a limed
oak bunkroom with 4 bunks with shower room. A fifth twin bedroom, with external
access only, is available during the summer months.
With its hillside setting, the house has glorious views over the sea and Dragonera Island. The main lower terrace features a large 13 metre elliptical pool. The property is fully air-conditioned and heated.

This wonderful villa, set high on a hillside on the coast in the southwest of the island, is a stylish and luxurious property with an outstanding terrace.
ACCOMMODATION
Two double bedrooms, one twin/double bedroom and one twin bedroom. One four bedded bunkroom with own shower room. Maximum 12 guests.
STAFF
Resident staff in self-contained apartment who cook all meals and can do the food shopping. Additional maid that also helps with cleaning and general housework. Staff days off Thursday and Sunday afternoon.
DISTANCES
Puerto Andraitx (shops, restaurants) 4 mins drive, Palma (airport) 40 mins. Nearest golf 15 mins.
