This modern sandstone villa consists of two separate buildings situated in a quiet residential area, close to a sandy beach and on the sea-front. The interiors are very elegant and decorated with cream and white fabrics, with terracotta tiled floors and large glass windows throughout and is centrally heated. The main house is on three levels, with entry on the ground floor leading into an entrance hall and a sitting room with open fireplace. An open-plan kitchen/dining room opens onto a covered dining area with barbeque and pizza oven. A trapdoor and steep steps lead from the entrance hall to the lower ground floor level (easier, perhaps, to go through the garden) where there is a games room with billiards and a wide screen satellite TV/DVD. This room opens onto lower covered terraces that lead towards the boat mooring (mid and high season only). The first floor contains a large master bedroom with en-suite marble bathroom, which can interconnect with one of the two twin bedrooms on this floor, sharing shower room and terrace. These three bedrooms all have air-conditioning. The guest cottage has a small living room, two double bedrooms and one twin, one with en-suite shower and two with separate showers.


OPINION
This dramatically sited seafront villa is ideal for those looking for a modern and stylish property. It is recommended that small children be supervised due to some unprotected drops.

Three double bedrooms, three twins. Maximum 12 guests in total.

Maid service included 3 days a week 3 hours a day.
