Perched on the northern coast of Majorca, Villa San Vicente is within easy walking distance of the summer resort village of Cala San Vicente. The interior design is light and spacious. The living areas, including a large sitting/dining room and a semi-circular lounge with 180-degree views, are on one level, opening onto a terrace with dining area with steps leading down to the 12m x 6m pool, with sun terrace, and on down to the sea. All four bedrooms are twin, even the master bedroom, and are set on three slightly different levels, each with its own bathroom. There are mosquito nets on all beds and central heating for winter lets.

OPINION
Although the interiors are a bit dated, the spectacular, unimpeded ocean views more than make up for it! Guests should also be aware that the steep steps between villa and pool, and to the rocky cove below, make it unsuitable for the very young or old.

Four twin bedrooms. Maximum eight guests.

STAFF
Maid service included three times a week.

Sandy beaches 20 mins walk, 2 mins drive, Pollensa 10 mins, tennis, golf 10 mins drive, Palma (airport) 60 mins.
