The villa is structured around a central courtyard, with an open plan entertaining room and dining room opening onto a covered terrace facing the swimming pool and garden. A smaller sitting room with piano and a further dining room open onto a summer dining terrace. There is also a separate ‘Christian’s’ dining room with small seating area, ideal for children, and a study with internet access. This level also has a double en-suite bedroom with private terrace. Stairs lead down to a spacious games room/gym on the lower level, with a home cinema with plasma DVD. The other bedrooms are on the first floor, all with en-suite facilities and two terraces, but the master bedroom stretching the concept with two bathrooms as well. 

Within the private landscaped floodlit gardens, there is a 14m x 7m swimming pool that can be heated at extra cost, a pool house with summer kitchen, barbeque, outdoor dining area and changing rooms, as well as a flexi pave tennis court and adjacent gazebo shading a well-stocked fridge. The grounds provide parking for 6 cars and are protected by electric gates and video entry phone. The property is fully air-conditioned and heated, both of which are included in the weekly rate.

OPINION
Great for outdoor living although the interiors are also very special. Close to Marbella and all its amenities. The ultimate in luxury when booked as a concierge villa.

ACCOMMODATION
Five double bedrooms, one twin. Maximum 12 guests.

STAFF
Resident couple in separate accommodation with own entrance, to take care of cleaning and general maintenance of house, pool and gardens. Baby sitting on request, payable extra.

DISTANCES
Guadalmina beach and golf course 5 mins walk, Puerto Banus 10 mins drive, Marbella 15 mins, Malaga (airport) 45 mins.
