This luxurious villa is set in the exclusive Guadalmina Baja area, famed for its large private residences, and was decorated and furnished by a leading interior designer. It is set in its own tropical gardens, laid mainly to lawn and edged with palm trees and with a high conifer hedge that ensures privacy. The uniquely designed swimming pool has a central island with palm tree and a beach-effect area ideal for paddling, nearby is a six-person Jacuzzi with views over the fishpond, home to a friendly resident terrapin. 

Entry is into a large hallway with open-plan formal and informal seating areas, a bar, television and fireplace, opening onto a large marble terrace with outdoor dining area. There’s also an internal dining room, fully fitted kitchen and utility room with washer and dryer. On this level there are two double bedrooms, one with a sitting room with TV. A staircase leads up to a galleried landing and the master bedroom with satellite TV and Jacuzzi, and two further double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and private terraces. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and doors to outside.

OPINION
This supremely elegant and stylish villa in a very fashionable area would be perfect for groups of friends travelling together, though children also love the swimming pool with beach effect and the friendly resident terrapin.


ACCOMMODATION
Five double bedrooms. Maximum ten guests.


STAFF
Maid service three hours a day, three days a week. English speaking house manager.

Guadalmina (shops, bank) and golf 3 mins walk, tennis 2 mins drive, riding 6 mins, Puerto Banus 6 mins, Ronda, Malaga (airport) 60 mins, Gibraltar (airport) 70 mins.
