This beautiful, newly refurbished villa sits in a wonderful position right on the edge of Lake Como, in the northern part of the village of Lezzeno, just 7 kms from Bellagio. It is within easy walking distance of a nearby grocery store, a bar, restaurants and pizzeria. In the centre of the village is the boat landing stage, for both the passenger boat and hydrofoil, which can take you to the many towns and villages along Lake Como. The beach in front of the villa is a pebble beach with good swimming. Just a ten minute walk away is a restaurant which offers lunches outdoors, as well as water skiing facilities.

On the front covered terrace, guests can relax and dine outdoors to the sound of the water lapping on the shores of the lake. There is a barbecue available at the property. To the rear of the house, there is a lawned garden with trees, and a parking area for several cars. Access to the property is by security gates. Newly decorated throughout, the kitchen and bathrooms are modern and well equipped, and the rooms are furnished to a very good standard. The walls are painted in a light terracotta with washed effect and there are terracotta tiles or wooden floors throughout. Amenities include satellite TV (news channels only) and central heating. There is also a mobile phone for use by guests, charged according to use.

Guests will have use of two bicycles and two canoes during their stay. Membership at the Bellagio Sporting club, witih pool and tennis facilities is also included in the rental price. Cultural, gastronomic and walking tours with personalized itineraries can also be arranged at this property, either on a daily, or weekly basis. A chef can also be arranged, or cooking lessons at your apartment/villa. We are also able to arrange special menus and activities for children. Sample itineraries are available upon request.
