Atlas View is one of just eight privately
owned villas which form the exclusive Bab
Adrar estate, built on a 20 acre olive grove
in the foothills of the Atlas Mountains. It is
situated along the road to the Ourika Valley
just 28 kms outside Marrakech. The rural
location provides space, beauty and relaxation
away from the hustle and bustle of Marrakech
whilst giving easy access both to this vibrant
city, the mountains and surrounding Berber
villages.
The villa is set in its own extensive
landscaped gardens of 1.5 acres, filled with
mature olive trees, fig, avocado, lemon, lime,
orange, apricot and pepper trees, and with
magnificent views of the Atlas Mountains in
the distance. Within the garden there is also
a large private swimming pool, with a
surrounding terrace, the perfect place to
relax under shaded pergolas. In addition,
guests will have access to the communal
facilities at Bab Adrar, including a well
equipped exercise room, a spa complex with
beautifully domed Hamman, a golf practice area
and a clay tennis court.
The spacious accommodation (355 m2) combines
contemporary European design with traditional
Moroccan style. The rooms are fully air
conditioned, and each of the three bedroom
suites opens to a private terrace. Fine linen,
towels, bathrobes and hairdryers are all
provided. In addition to the indoor reception
rooms, there are 132 m2 of outdoor
entertaining space, including an ‘al fresco;
dining terrace and a rooftop dining terrace
and shaded seating area, with stunning views
of the Atlas Mountains . The villa is staffed
with both a cook and a maid, who live in
separate staff accommodation. Breakfast is
included in the rental and other meals will be
provided as required. There is also an English
manager, who is available to make any
arrangements required during your stay.
Available activities include day trips to the
mountains or coast, golf, riding, quad biking,
mountain biking, balloon rides and much more.
An English speaking driver is also available,
on request, for airport transfers, or
throughout your stay.
