This stylish and beautifully restored traditional Spanish cortijo is set on the edge of a small village close to the heritage town of Vejer de la Frontera. This classic white hilltop village, just 15 minutes drive away, is well worth a visit and its beautiful Plaza de Espana is arguably one of the prettiest village squares in Spain. The property provides an excellent base for visiting the historic towns of Cadiz, Jerez, Seville and the stunning Atlantic beaches of the Costa de la Luz. The beach of El Palmar, 20 minutes away, has miles of pristine sand and sand dunes, and along with the beaches at Tarifa, 40 minutes drive away, offers excellent swimming, surfing and windsurfing. Golf, tennis and riding are all available at Montemedio, a 20 minute drive away.

The house is set within two acres of private gardens with olive and citrus trees. A flower surrounded covered terrace is the perfect place for relaxing and enjoying meals outdoors. The central courtyard also provides shade and tranquillity on warm summer evenings. The large L-shaped swimming pool (15mx 6m and 4m x3m)is fenced off and has a shallow area, providing easy access for young children.

The interiors are spacious, light and luxuriously decorated and furnished throughout. Very well equipped, there is air conditioning throughout, satellite TV, DVD player and CD player. There is a telephone, but at the moment, no broadband internet connection - if this is important, do check with us as it may become available during the season. A baby crib, highchair and toddler’s bed can be provided. There is covered parking for four cars.
