This fabulous beach front property is set dramatically on a dune above wide Atlantic Ocean Beach on Elbow Cay. Due to the property’s location, the constant breezes coming off the Atlantic filter through the spacious interiors, which open through several French doors to a wrap-around veranda with barbeque, covered seating and dining areas and a private swimming pool.

The gardens are lush with tropical plants and a hammock set amidst colourful flowers. Inside the villa is tastefully furnished with white-washed walls and high cathedral ceilings in the main room, fully equipped with TV/VCR, VHF radio and central air-conditioning, which opens onto a fully-equipped kitchen. An internal staircase leads to the master bedroom, with ocean views, en-suite with Jacuzzi tub and private veranda overlooking pool and beach, plus an open loft with pull-out sofa. There is a further twin bedroom with en-suite shower room on the main floor.
